I can't understand the point she's trying to convey with:
"What felt good about that is I didn't have so much botox that my face didn't show expression, and I ... I felt ... It was solid ... I felt good about that."

I think she's saying she's only had a little? Or maybe she means she's had none? Damn double negatives... I hardly ever know what the person's trying to say - do they mean for the two negatives to cancel out or did a wire cross in their brain somewhere? Both always seem plausible.
EDIT: the punctuation in that meme is atrocious. Sorry about that. Sentiment stands, though.
