Oh man, I think you're right! Sounds like she is trying to disguise her voice a little but some signature sounds keep peaking out. I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

We know it's her, but like casual person who's heard only her singles? It's hard to reconcile her studio voice from any of her singles with this performance.
