VW Van

Does anybody know if Jewel lived in her VW van or a green Datsun while homeless? There are 2 different stories. When she was younger, there are videos of her promoting POY in the Innerchange telling all about living in her VW van next to Nedra and having tea, opening the doors, windows and experiencing nature. She says she lived in a green Datsun- which got stolen- in her most recent stories. Just curious if there ever was a VW van ? I know there's promo pics of her sitting in the van with her guitar after she had already become famous.

Per Never Broken - the green car was first and it was stolen (p. 149).  Then she bought the VW van with money she borrowed from her ex. (p.161)
