Jewel has taken Kase to Alaska for the first time! I wonder if he will meet Lenedra?

Check out Lenedra's latest Facebook post:

Does this mean maybe Jewel has an open heart to let her mom back in? Hmmm...I'm very curious!

I somehow doubt it, but can't argue the timing seems interesting.

Oh my, 501 - that's some fine detective work!

Hmmm, indeed!  I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye, now!

Eh, I don't know. Jewel seemed really hurt after their whole relationship fell apart so I can't see how she could really trust her mom enough to let her back in her life. Maybe from a reeeaaaally long distance, but not so close. It's been 13 years so you never know, though. I wouldn't count on it myself. :)

Alaska: The Last Frontier premiers tonight! I almost forgot. I think Jewel is in it? I dunno. But I'm glad I don't have to choose between this and Walking Dead for once. :P

Oh, Discovery Channel is on my shit list now. We watched multiple episodes of the damn show for FIVE HOURS last night and into the wee hours this morning, and nada. I'm gonna threaten to stop watching them on the cheezy semi-legal streaming site that I use, too! *rabble rabble*

I think, and I said this to Georgianna about 2am this morning, that there isn't gonna be a Jewel-centric episode at all. Rather, IMO, her bits and pieces will be sprinkled throughout the season as if she's there the whole time.

I think she'll probably be in like, 2 episodes, but most likely not enough to really mean much. I don't know. I guess we'll see.

Grammy-nominated singer Jewel returns home to Alaska after seven years in the newest season of Discovery’s hit show “Alaska: The Last Frontier.” Jewel revealed to FOX411 why it took her so long to go home.

“It took me a while to get pregnant, and I didn’t go up to Alaska in that time so I wanted to wait until (son) Kase was old enough to really remember Alaska," she said. "And it was really special to be able to share it with him.”

Jewel's family on her father's side, the Kilcher family, stars in the popular Discovery series.

The 42-year-old singer, who has been estranged from her mother since 2003, said her upbringing is close to her heart.

“I’m very proud of how my family raised me and how my grandfather raised my dad and his siblings,” she said. “...I learned I was capable; I wasn’t told I was capable. I learned confidence and I had struggles to overcome, and I was able to prove to myself that I was up to it and it is really something as a parent that I take to heart.”

Jewel parents her now 5-year-old son with ex-husband pro rodeo cowboy Ty Murray.

The singer said growing up in Alaska shaped who she became in the entertainment industry.

“It definitely made me know from the get-go that fame and money don’t make you happy,” she explained. “It’s what kind of human you are that determines that. I also had a great work ethic…”

She said life in Alaska taught her a thing or two.

“The values are what I really cherish. I was raised to be hardworking, humble, tenacious, industrious…I think those are things that really gave me an advantage in my career.”

Jewel will be featured on the November 27th and December 4th episodes of “Alaska: The Last Frontier” on Discovery.

Jewel is coming home.

The 42-year-old singer returns to her hometown of Homer, Alaska, for the first time in seven years on her family’s long-running Discovery Channel series, Alaska: The Last Frontier, and only ET has the exclusive sneak peek at Sunday’s sweet family reunion, which includes the singer’s 5-year-old son, Kase Murray.

Though Alaska: The Last Frontier, which follows the extended Kilcher family as they live in the Alaskan wilderness, has been on the air since 2011, this marks Jewel’s (full name: Jewel Kilcher) first appearance on the show.

In the clip, Jewel’s father, Atz Kilcher, and his wife, Bonnie, are excitedly preparing for Jewel and Kase’s arrival on the homestead, sketching out rough plans for a makeshift town, Kase’s Town, they’ll build for him to explore and play in.

“Since Jewel is Atz’s only daughter -- somethin’ special about fathers and daughters -- there’s a lot of emotion tied up in that,” Bonnie says, before a home video featuring a young Jewel yodeling alongside her father takes us back. As Atz recalls Jewel’s musical upbringing, chords of her 2015 song, “My Father’s Daughter,” accompanies.

“Mighty proud of her and very proud of her humble beginnings, and I kind of want to show that to my grandson, Kase,” Atz explains. Up until this point, Kase has never been to Alaska.

Without skipping a beat, Jewel and Kase arrive in the most unassuming way, with the singer adorably yodeling as Atz and Bonnie celebrate her long-awaited return home. “Gosh, it’s been a few years since I’ve been back, so just being able to bring my son here, where my heart is, means a lot,” Jewel reminisces.

Back in September, ET exclusively debuted the trailer for the current season of Alaska: The Last Frontier.

“I grew up working cattle with my dad,” Jewel said. “I’m just real glad to be back.”

Alaska: The Last Frontier airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Discovery Channel.
