OMG Violet Eyes is listed as track 15??
-
She's gotta stop tempting me! Ahhhh!!!
-
Listening now and I am just dying! How long is this going to play??? OMG this is amazing. Anyone notice how we got alerts to this but this tweet she sent doesn't show on her tweet feed? Maybe she sent it to EDAs distribution only? :mchammer:
-
This is incredible!!
I wonder why Jewel deleted the link from her Twitter...
I wonder if Violet Eyes was supposed to be a part of it!
-
Thanks, Reddit

OK, I decided to at least listen to Violet Eyes. Listening to the album intro she says that it'll be available Friday, which is tomorrow, but it comes out next week so I think she tweeted the link too early. It was probably meant for tomorrow or Saturday.
Ah crap, someone was talking to me while I was listening, so I paused, refreshed, and now Violet Eyes is gone! WHY?!? :(
-
Yeah, I anticipated that ...
-
I logged onto Pandora to watch/listen but there were only 14 cuts listed, no Violet Eyes??? :wtf2:
-
Check yer PMs, John.
::2
-
OMG there is a massive dust storm/monsoon brewing outside and this album is the perfect soundtrack for it.
I can't believe how perfectly dark this record is - it's incredible.
It really reminds me of A Few Small Repairs by Shawn Colvin in a lot of ways
Here When Gone really sounds like a dusty highway. Excellent production choice. All of it is better than I expected - miles better.
-
Check yer PMs, John.
::2
Violet Eyes? No can see....
-
I meant the board PM system.
-
This album is getting me so hard in all my feels, i think its her best album to date. And it is very PoYish which i love
-
The duet sounds like a Broadway love song. Love the little ode to Serve the Ego at the end of it. I was sure that would be a skipper.
There's not a skipper in the bunch. :')
-
I thought i wouldn't enjoy the duets as much as i am. I laughed when the Dolly track came out because my mister is a huge Dolly fan, our music worlds collided and it turned out amazing. This album exceeded every expectation. Now if we can find out about this Carnivore bonus lol
-
I think the Dolly Parton duet is the lowest point on the album - and I love My Father's Daughter!
-
I heard a rumor on Twitter that the stream isn't working in Canada. :(
-
I thinkk you're my hetero-musical lifemate, Jess. You said Shawn Colvin jjusst after the other musical discussions today.
Hey, did Jewel ever get her carryon back? Seems lilke she doesn't check baggage anymore....
-
You said Shawn Colvin jjusst after the other musical discussions today.
When I was listening to the album, I kept thinking of this song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPhPM7pwags
-
Jess, i wont let my mister know you said that. He did get Dolly ink when i got my Jewel ink after the Swanky
-
 definitely don't say anything! I'd hate to get tossed a little shade at the next EDA meetup! ;)
To be fair, the duet is fine, but the rest of the record is just so wonderfully murky that MFD's twangy production seems out of place.
-
I like the acoustic live Father's Daughter better, but I'm a snob.
You said Shawn Colvin jjusst after the other musical discussions today.
When I was listening to the album, I kept thinking of this song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPhPM7pwags
Polaroids, Tennesse, and countles others.
-
I only really know the one Shawn Colvin album :hide:
-
I wasn't a fan until I saw her live at a very small, intimate venue.
She tossed some hade at Jewel back in the Lilith Days if I remember correctly. Those were some fucked up days, for sure.
:mchammer: so glad he made it, and with this new album to boot. I'm made a funny that was only funny to me.
-
I remember her tossing shade at young female songwriters in general back then, but I don't remember Jewel specific shade.
Hmmm ...
I guess if I spent a life time making good music and didn't get recognized until I was 40, I'd toss a couple skank eyes a beautiful young diva's way, too.
-
From my recolection, she was pised because he was everyone' sessio musician and never got credited. That's why her career started so late. That's her on Suzanne Vega's stuff.
Meh. Everyone's logging off. Guess I will too.
-
From my recolection, she was pised because he was everyone' sessio musician and never got credited. That's why her career started so late. That's her on Suzanne Vega's stuff.
Now that I think about it, I think I remember hearing that!
-
Your right, it doesn't fit in with the overall feel of the album. Im wondering if the audio of Never Broken has songs with it. She has mentioned singing lyrics during the reading of it. She also mentioned talking about who You Lied is about. So maybe it will be part of the book.
-
She has mentioned singing lyrics during the reading of it.
Ooh, I missed that! Maybe I need to order that .... too?
Yeesh, I'm already p far in the hole for this fangirl card!
-

No Violet Eyes??? :wtf2:
-
It'll be a bonus for something at some point, but they changed their minds about whether that release would be today. I think it was posted as an accident.
-
Crying right from the first song!!! So proud of Jewel!!! This could be big!!! I LOVE IT!!! :music:
-
I wonder if these streams a week before the release still count toward the Billboard 200. I mean, I know they won't add up to a lot in the long run, but I still have the album playing on mute. I'm a weird one, I guess.
-
I mean, I know they won't add up to a lot in the long run, but I still have the album playing on mute. I'm a weird one, I guess.
That's a good idea!! I'll join you in that!
-
Love it! Thank you for the Violet Eyes! :thomdance:
I'll join you listening in loop. :wow:
-
She's really channeling her high school theatre experience with "I'm alone and I'm lost and I'm adrift at sea!" in Love Used To Be. :w
-
These glowing comments from those of you who have heard (at least some of) the record are getting me jazzed up about it.
I had an idea today. The Pulse Music Board has threads called, "Listening Party!". The members listen to a new album and they all comment on the songs and the overall feel of the record in the thread, maybe not all at the same time, but it gives the impression of real-time. I think we should do that for PUtP on the 11th. Hell, someone could start it now, with all the stuff that's come available. Maybe use spoiler tags or something?
-
I think that's a great idea, but we can't do it without you!
I mean, I understand waiting to hear the whole album, but why not give Jewel a few pennies for an early Pandora spin? It's the whole album now! She makes a little $$$ every time we listen to this.
Just my opinion, worth the paper it isn't even actually written on.
:joker:
-
You know you want to listen, Randy. :witch: :stirthepot:
-

Love Used To Be is my favorite song in this album so far.
-
I keep thinking that and then the next song starts and I think, "no, wait, that one's my favorite, actually."

I was actually just thinking about making a poll! I didn't know whether to start it now or wait until release day or what. What do you guys think?

I love Violet Eyes too!!!
-
I am not finding Violet Eyes. Where can i find it?
-
Signed up with Pandora, and now just Loop Playing the 14 cut, new release, minus "Violet Eyes"
-
Ok the pandora thing doesn't work outside of the U.S., please can anyone find a link or stream that might? I'm sooo desperate to listen too ;( help please ;) xo
-
Violet Eyes pleeeeease??
I haven't listened to any of the new songs. I checked out some of the 'old' songs and I prefer the other Carnivore bridge. "I'm going to be my own be friend" gives me Stronger Woman vibes lol.
I LOVE Here When Gone and Everything Breaks. I think A Boy Needs A Bike loses some of its magic the way it is on record but it wasn't as different as I thought it was going to be.
I can't wait to listen to the full thing tonight when I get home, I'm coming for you Love Used To Be!
-
She's gotta stop tempting me! Ahhhh!!!
I too am trying to remain strong. I don't think I'm gonna make it.
-
Matt, you reported Michelle's post about the stream working in Australia instead of replying. ;)
Picking Up the Pieces survivor is going to be tough!!
-
Matt, you reported Michelle's post about the stream working in Australia instead of replying. ;)
Picking Up the Pieces survivor is going to be tough!!
Oh no I'm sorry! I was wondering why my post didn't show up LOL
Love Used To Be is shaping up to be my favourite song on the album! I soon much prefer the "newer" bridge in Carnivore.
Can someone please send me Violet Eyes if that's humanly possible?

1) I totally fell asleep last night and stayed logged in, so I was...here when gone, as it were.
2) Help an idiot out: I signed up to Pandora just now but don't see where PUtP is...? Is Pandora Radio a different thing? It's playing Alanis now so I shut that shit off.

You don't need Chrome to do that. VideoDownloadHelper works just fine with Firefox. :P
PM me that 15th track, Jess.
-
NOPE! Tried it and it didn't work for this.
-
NOPE! Tried it and it didn't work for this.
Worked just fine for ME. :P

Hey guys! How are people from abroad listening to it?

It Doesn't Hurt Right Now really makes me think of an Andrew Lloyd Webber track

Suddenly I don't want to hear that one.

I got the tweet last night on my way to "Mr. Right Now" so I had to suffer through the rest of the night (well not really) to listen.
Listening now! Oh. Em. Gee. This will be all I do for the rest of this day. I am beyond impressed!
-
Frag, you're kinda bitter, kinda sweet.
ALW is a god. Bow down.
Jesus Christ Superstar is one of the greatest things ever committed to record and if you don't see that, then I don't know what will save you. :P

Right?
I was certain I'd hate some of these, but I don't hate a single track. Unbelievable. I haven't said that about a Jewel album in a loooooonnnnnggg time.
-
OMG!!! i can't wait!
I have to wait one more week!
i'm dying!!! :flail:
-
someone outside of the United States could hear the album? help me!
-
All i want to do is drive around in my car and listen to this all day! Damn work always getting in the way!

Seriously this is an amazing album! Second listen starts now....I cried during the first two tracks. LUTB...ugh...heart is breaking.

Sounds like you need an mp3 player with bluetooth ear buds. ::2

:rofl2: Mr. Right Now.
I geeked hard and listened to all the albums in order. She is her best producer. Glad I work from home. I'm still geeking.
-
She is her best producer.
-
My BFF bought me wine glasses that say "Sandy" and "Mr Right Now." I have a reputation to uphold.
I'm working from home today, too. I would be torturing my co-workers with this on a constant loop. Not that I won't next week anyway :D
-
I cant listen to music easily at work while doing all my mad scientist things :/

So does Hector...and his is grabby. ;)
-
Sounds like nothing would be safe if we were all together and toasting.
I don't drink often, but when I do :wow:
-
I actually don't drink as much as I used to...I pretty much save my binges for my annual OCMD girls weekend. My liver thanks me.
-
I haven't been proper drunk in a long time, either. I've been having a couple Bud 55s after work and there isn't much buzz to catch with those; however, Mister and I like to have mimosas twice a month together and that catches me a p happy buzz on Saturday morning.
-
:rofl2: the code for the smiley is "sandy"
Hasn't it always been? Even at another place that shall remain nameless.
Also, hi Sandy
-
As Emilie once told me "only Americans would ruin champagne with orange juice." But I do love me some mimosas! Just a splash of oj for color and to help me not look like an alcoholic.
On my third listen...so in love with this album.
-
She'd be glad to know that it isn't proper champagne - it's sparkling wine from Australia ::2 Plus, it seems more acceptable to down a half a bottle of wine before noon if there's juice involved :P
I have to keep re-clicking the link on the first page or else Pandora tries to play some Spanish album. No offense to that dude, but no. :grumpy:
-
Same.
Same.
-
Did you go to this exact link?
http://www.pandora.com/station/play/2798311089358091547
No.
But now I have, and there's the album, ready to go.
Damnit!
-
Broke down and started listening. Was gonna try to wait. 1:30 in and I'm in love
-
Mike, it's so good, you have no idea. And this is from me. And I'm p hyper critical of produced Jewel music. This is legit, mango.
-
I knew the Sweet Temptation would be too great for any EDA to wait.
-
I miss this Jewel!
-
We have ALL missed this Jewel! Sad as divorce is, I feel like this is why we got good music again!
-
I like Nicotine Love on this album but that live version on Shepherd's Bush just can't be beat for me.
-
I just realized she's changed "I wonder if he's only half alive or if he's simply always been this inarticulate" from His Pleasure is My Pain. I didn't catch what it was changed to, though. Self subtlety, maybe?
There are probably a few lyrical changes in that one.
-
"I wonder if he's only half alive or if he's simply always been this inarticulate"
Maybe she did it because that line is in another song. What song is escaping me at the moment.
-
Serve the Ego...I think.
-
I think it's also in Do You Want to Play
-
This album really, really, really would have benefited from Without You By My Side and You Lied.
Frick, both tracks would have fit in so well. :(
They could have cut Plain Jane and MFD to make room for them, imo. I would have liked that I Think I'm Falling song, too, but I don't think it would have fit as well.
-
OR.... Afraid It's Too Late
-
I love that song, but Jewel will never ever revisit that one - she's already said as much.
You Lied and Without You By My Side were actually played at the Soiree and she performed both flawlessly.
I mean, you could hear her professional demeanor crack in the most perfect way right at the end of You Lied - it was an incredible performance. Very moving.
I wept at Without You By My Side, but I think it was, like, the first or second song and I always weep during the first song at a Jewel show.
-
Awww
I usually just get goosebumps. This album is doing that. I can's say that about The Merry Goes Round.
-
I've listened to this so many times that I bet I've made jewel a million bucks already :P
EDIT: also, back button then refresh is the quickest way to a replay I've found.
EDIT 2: And I haven't heard a single commercial.
-
You Lied, and Think im Falling would be the best bonus tracks! I do live in a fantasy that after the album comes out that the Swanky show will be available on her website.
-
Frag, you're kinda bitter, kinda sweet.
ALW is a god. Bow down.
Jesus Christ Superstar is one of the greatest things ever committed to record and if you don't see that, then I don't know what will save you. :P
I fucking HATE musicals. :banghead:
-
oh. :(
You might hate that song. You might disklike a few things on this record, because it feels very influenced by musical theater to me - especially Love Used to Be, It Doesn't Hurt Right Now and His Pleasure is My Pain.
When I hear the climax of Love Used to Be, I think of Jewel as Dorothy on that Wizard of Oz CD.
-
We have ALL missed this Jewel! Sad as divorce is, I feel like this is why we got good music again!
Bingo. As soon as I heard she was getting divorced, the good writing in the new songs we heard at the Soiree made sense.
-
I fucking HATE musicals. :banghead:
We should start a club.
-
EDIT 2: And I haven't heard a single commercial.
I haven't either. And I won't. I haven't actually listened yet - just downloaded as soon as the play started, then skipped to the next song. I'll have plenty of time to listen tomorrow, when I'm in the car for 7 hours. I don't have enough waking hours in a day to give it a proper listen during the week.
-
I fucking HATE musicals. :banghead:
We should start a club.
I think there already is one. It's called heterosexual men.
-
:rofl2:
You have a point!
-
I fucking HATE musicals. :banghead:
We should start a club.
I think there already is one. It's called heterosexual men.
Yep, I'm a member also. My wife hates it too, but she can't be a member of the club, because If she would I could not be a member...
-
We have ALL missed this Jewel! Sad as divorce is, I feel like this is why we got good music again!
Bingo. As soon as I heard she was getting divorced, the good writing in the new songs we heard at the Soiree made sense.
Yup! When the news broke, Amy and I had a convo about it being sad, but her writing would improve. And we were all right.
-
Not to be a stickler, but technically, the songs didn't get better, her production and arrangement skills did. The majority of them are old songs. I think the divorce just gave her the freedom to say "eff it" and do things her way because she didn't have to answer to anyone anymore. Like not releasing her book of poems, or arguing over releasing Ten, and various other stories he has told. I agree that the songs took on new meaning for her and she has most definitely channeled that into the performances and recordings.
But don't take my word for it. I like musicals and vinyl. :w
-
Not to be a stickler, but technically, the songs didn't get better, her production and arrangement skills did. The majority of them are old songs.
When I said new songs, I meant new songs. They're better than anything she's written in the last 15 years or so. We already knew the old songs were good.
-
:shrug2:
Okay. I said, "majority."
Wasn't arguing. No need to go and get all italicized on my ass. :D
-

Exactly. She wrote great new material these last two years!
-

-
She shouldn't have wasted all those years counting to ten!
-
:that: :rofl2:

She sings "lacked such subtlety" instead. I was just listening to it. Yes, I broke down and am listening to it. The peer pressure, yo!
I'm on Here When Gone right now, and man, this one in particular is a lot better than the previews made it seem. It's sooo good. And I gotta admit I almost teared up when His Pleasure is My Pain started. I don't know if it's because of the topic or the fact that it's such an old song that I never thought would ever be on an album or what, but man, the emotion throughout all the songs so far is amazing. I didn't really realize until now just how depressing it is. In a good way, if that makes sense. :)
-
Yes, I broke down and am listening to it. The peer pressure, yo!
Me too. Look out for that admin user. She's a bully. :shiftyeyes_anim:
Love what I've listened to so far. Haven't had good time for a proper listen yet.
I never thought His Pleasure Is My Pain would end up on an album, either. Glad it did!
-
This record is intense on headphones! OMG, I teared up a little at HPIMP ... I told mister it was because I was chopping onions...
:w
I'm on Nicotine Love now - so many little noises I missed before!
-
I had moist eyes listening to Mercy while driving home from work. This is the Jewel we all know, i really hope other people get to enjoy this as much as we do!
-
I can't confirm or deny if this link is working in Canada... I'm out of town for a couple of days and am not in a position to download anything, which Ive decided is okay. I will wait patiently for the album to arrive...
(Logs out quickly before Jess ropes me in and changes my mind)
-
I think the Dolly Parton duet is the lowest point on the album - and I love My Father's Daughter!
I love the raw, emotional quality of Here When Gone so I'm struggling with the change. Opening my mind. That said, I am previewing the new CD while texting with Chris and drooling over the new Vogue Knitting magazine like it's Playgirl. Who am I to comment
-
She shouldn't have wasted all those years counting to ten!
Now that is sassy!

You know you want to listen.

The only song I'm not loving is It Doesn't Hurt Right Now. It feels like Jewel's a feature artist on someone else's record.
Every other song I'm really loving.
Love Used To Be might just be my new favourite Jewel song. The ending is just gut wrenching and it does sound a little theatrical but I love it. My only complaint is that it's too short, it could have used an extra chorus or another verse or two lol.
A Boy Needs A Bike I feel has lost some of its charm. One of the performances from the Starlight Cafe concert series is my favourite and I wish she'd kept the phrasing like that but ah well I'll get used to it.
Everything Breaks is as close to the live versions as any other 'old' song on the album.. OOH.. I love the little new bits of melody after the chorus, they're already programmed into my brain.
Family Tree is a cute little song. After she sings the verse and chorus about her father does she say "mother" or "lover". I'm guessing she says mother. In any case it's a pretty song. I have a feeling it will be one of those forgotten songs though.
It Doesn't Hurt Right Now is an alright song and I like Jewel's parts but I'll probsbly end up skipping it when I get the album.
His Pleasure Is My Pain; I'd never heard the song until recently. When I first saw the track listing I went back and listened to it from some angelfood and really liked it. I love the semi spoken parts, it's like a mixture of song and poetry.
Here When Gone is perhaps one of the biggest surprises. I love the production on this. I think this track has the most commercial appeal.
The Shape Of You is far more emotional on this album than that other single that was recorded, I never really enjoyed the single but this version is like the live versions. Emotional and beautiful.
Plain Jane took a few listens before I really started to like it. I didn't like the staccato style singing but I've got used to it and tap my feet now when it's on.
Pretty Faced Fool was my favourite song out of this and My Father's Daughter but since finding out that Jewel didn't write it I like it less lol. I'll forever love the "I think it's time I let you know" line.
Nicotine Love; the strings are what do it for me in this song. I'm yet to listen to the song properly but I'm always humming the strings after 'nicotine loooooooove'.
Carnivore's "new" bridge is dreadful, compared to the red riding hood one I'm used to. This "new" bridge is a little too Stronger Woman for me.
My Father's Daughter is a great song but I still think it should have been left to a solo arrangement, having said that I do like the way Dolly sings her parts.
Mercy; I haven't listened to this properly but I love the emotion. It's palpable not just in this song but throughout the whole album. That long falsetto part is just 😱.
Wasn't there supposed to be live recordings on this album? I don't any of them are live versions from the Soirée?? There's no applause like POY at the end of live cuts.
-
Good review!
I think Carnivore for sure is from the soiree. I'll have to listen closely to the rest and see what else might be.
It's well edited! It's amazing what recording technology can do now.
-
Here is my review :) All in all this is a great album. Very Jewel! I'm sentimentally attached to THis way so it stays my all time favorite, but this one will be playing in my car for a long time!
Love used to be - this is a potent song. I could hear Jewel break a few time in it. Sad, but great! If there were to give a grammy for art not commercial stuff... this would win it!
Boy Needs a Bike – I like the new arrangement quite a lot, except at the very end. I don't know why but it makes me think of an urban scenario. I always imagined the Boy living a suburban life...those sounds at end are more urban sounds... it just doesnt fit with the song. It still is one of my favorites
Everything breaks – this song is like Carnivore – if only acustic its great anyway.
Family Tree – like it the way it is, very good song
His pleasure is my pan – the production remained true to the original as we know it. Like it
It doeasnt hurt right now – its not a Jewel song and you can hear it. Dont like it really. Not going to relisten.
Here When Gone – as oppose to Jewel not sure it has found its place yet. It seems like two songs in one...it changes at one point... dont like it
The Shape of you – like it the way it is, very Jewelish
Plain Jane - like it a lot, its totally old school Jewel. Also one of my favorites.
Pretty Faced Fool – I would have cut off the first verse, other then that its a beautiful song, grammy material I think...and I thought that about Satisfied too
Nicotine Love – there are parts that make it sound like a happy song... hmm but the very end is cool..breathe you in.. like it!
Carnivore – like it!
My fathers daughter - ok
Mercy – just lovely. this is really „Hands“ and „Life uncommons“ lovechild!
Violet Eyes – love it

Wow. Boarding has exploded here; I'm trying to catch up now.
First of all, I don't really like being a curmudgeon but...I am about to be. I've been thinking about it, and this whole Pandora thing kind of pisses me off. That may be irrational but there it is.
If the entire album was going to be on Pandora for anyone to listen to 8 days early, why did I buy a CD (2 to be precise)?
If the entire album was going to be on Pandora for anyone to listen to 8 days early, why have a hard and fast release date? Just ship the damn thing now.
That being said, I think I'll listen to it on Pandora...maybe tonight. Yeah. I've cracked. I've read this entire thread and now I want to hear for myself so I know what everyone's talking about. I'm really trying to keep an open mind about the treatment of the old songs; I've purposefully not listened to any of them recently. Clean slate to begin, or as much as is possible barring some kind of Men in Black flashy pen thingy or a lobotomy or something.

The full album is only going to be streamed for a week, I think. After that if people want to listen to the songs then they'll be lucky to hear them on Pandora's other stations. But I know what you mean. Streaming deals like this sort of loses the charm of hearing full albums on release day, but this certainly isn't a new thing. I remember we could listen to 0304 early on AOL music, and itunes has done similar for other artists. It doesn't mean that buying the album itself isn't worth it because if you're a fan then it definitely is. :)
With that said, I'm gonna try and not listen to PUTP until I actually have the album now. I don't want to overplay it too soon. :)

I'm going with Matt on this. I skip It Doesn't Hur Right Now and I was never a fan of Boy Needs a Bike.
Most of the album had me in tears. I'm honestly, impressed.

What does Jewel sing after "goodbye my love" in Love Used To Be? It sounds like "my man" or "amen" or something like that but I can't make it out.

She sings "Amen" there. She introduced this as "an elegy for a painter" at the swanky soiree. It's sort of like a funeral for love...I picture the marching drums as a musical 21 gun salute at the funeral.
-
Good review!
I think Carnivore for sure is from the soiree. I'll have to listen closely to the rest and see what else might be.
It's well edited! It's amazing what recording technology can do now.
I hope someone can work a way to superimpose the other Carnivore bridge into the album version. Then I'll absolutely love it (the song).

I think the Dolly Parton duet is the lowest point on the album
Both duets can go. Horrible voices.

drooling over the new Vogue Knitting magazine
Total randomness - I have a friend whose new book got a write-up in that. She's a fellow Poltz freak.

I personally prefer this bridge. Both have their strong points, though, so I can definitely see your point. I think the other one sounds more Nicotine Love-ish (in tone and attitude, not musically) and this one is more like...she's learned a lesson, and the next guy's gonna have to work a little harder to get in her pants!

Logs out quickly before Jess ropes me in and changes my mind)
Donna. Donna.
You know you want to listen.

Hmm I didn't think of it in that way. That makes it sound better but I just don't like the "I'm going to be my own best friend" line. The rest is alright.

You're one of the few holdouts left. I gave in and I've been wearing Pandora out for a few days now.
...wow, there are all kinds of sex jokes to be had here. I'd better not!

We're totally in agreement there, but it doesn't quite kill the enjoyment of this bridge for me.

Do we know where we need to buy the record to get Violet Eyes? I would loveeeeeeeeeee a copy if someone would send it to me
-
Get violet eyes? is that one coming out?
-
I'm sure it'll be a bonus track on something, but we don't know just yet what store/website will get to circulate that one.
Maybe all these different bonus versions is how Jewel got out of 0304 debt - by bilking us suckers into buying multiple copies of everything! :P

Yes well.. truth be told, Pandora "is deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S., Australia and New Zealand. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative".
Screw you, Pandora!!! Canadians are people too!! :LoudMouth:

Hmm... :tongue2:
I've been wearing Pandora out for a few days now
I'm sure she's a lovely girl...

...and she'll be in my life for about a week. It's almost over now; I'm gonna need some Gatorade or an IV or something...
