“This is the newest song on the album. I wrote it for myself. I was in a lot of pain when I wrote it. It really touches me when I sing it. It reminds me a little bit of “Hands” just in its message: yielding and giving instead of being more brittle and fighting and armored. I’ve been playing it live recently and it seems to be bringing a lot of comfort to people. People often cry when I sing it. It's always nice when you create something for yourself that you really needed to hear and it seems to be something other people needed to hear as well.”

Also, I think "I have broken open" is a perfect way to end an album like this.

I had software on an older laptop that would allow you to box off part of the screen and record it, and the extract the audio.  I tried to download it on the new machine and some bugger made sure the download for it has a virus in it.  I used to use it for editing quite a lot.
