An embarrasing confession about a classic Jewel song
« on: November 27, 2020, 10:58:43 AM »
I've been a Jewel superfan ever since I first heard Foolish Games on the radio in computer applications class in high school back in 1996. LITERALLY up until the POY livestream a mere week ago I thought that the lyrics to I'm Sensitive were ....If we robbed the senate and took all their food... It never made sense to me but who was I to question the brilliance of Jewel? I hope my EDA card isn't revoked.

Aha I actually thought the same thing years ago. I think I only realized it when I looked up the words and its like 'oh, my bad' lol
It feels like someone's face is stuck to the bottom of my shoe
