Ugh. This is the best and worst news of the year. On the one hand we are getting a new album. On the other we have to wait until 2019.

It will be worth the wait.

We're still in the early preproduction stage, but I'm thinking Jewel's next album could easily be all new material. Preproduction began in early June and she's written 29 new songs since then with an additional batch still in progress!
