The caption on the photo says it's Jewel with Ty Murray but that clearly isn't Ty. Does anyone know who he is?

I have no clue, but I do know the caption's wrong. That's all I've got. :/

I did just learn that she had dated Gavin Newsom who may be king of the USA one day and that was p cool.
