It was a great venue! But yes, the chairs were awful. My ass hurt like hell after the show.

Oh yeah, totally. I was actually kinda glad Jewel didn't perform much more than 2 - 2 1/2 hours because I started squirming in my seat. :lol: :blush:

Yeah, that's definitely who it was about. There are a few lines in Jewel's songs about him being a bit scummy I think.

I've always thought it was about Clinton. An acquaintance of mine, Thom, knows Ty and thinks it's more generalized than that. I think he's wrong. How do you miss a line like "What fun's power if you can't act like a rock star" and NOT think Clinton and his saxophone?

Plain Jane takes a great stab at NY socialites (as well as some of the DC queens I've run into) The lyrics are positively brilliant!
