The Jewel store said they would send my parcel last Friday, I asked them for track and trace twice but never received an answer
So their communication is still very instable.. sometimes ok, but a lot of times I'won't receive answer at all...

But...today Fed-ex called me, they asked me on wich adress they can deliver my parcel.
I said: do you have a parcel? because I can't even get a track and trace, or ist perhaps a lost-and-found-parcel?
They said it was a parcel that was send last Friday, they also told me that they have my streetname but not my house-number...

Can you believe it? a 3rd time parcel and they don't even bother to check the adress. I'm sure I put in the complete adress...
But this gave me the chance to redirect the parcel to my workingadress, now I'm sure there is someone there to receive it (I can not stay at home for a parcel for 1,5 months...)

So hopefully it will be there tomorrow, I can't believe this is really happening

Just checking, Did anyone of you have the gold bundle? (the bundel with everything? Is the book supposed to be signed as well? (I thought it was) because I received an unsigned copy...

But you don't have to be sorry, the Store has to, I mailed them again. The reason I ordered at the store was because of the signed items, and now I get the book unsigned, If I wanted that I could have ordered the book in my own country, I would have saved a lot on shipping costs. I asked them how they are going to solve this problem...

I thought my book was unsigned as well. Like Jess said, flip a few pages in - It is typical to sign on the Title page.

You are so kind, but that isn't necessary. It's more to make the point towards the Store than that it's is a real big deal to me. I'm glad the cd is signed, and I hope and expect the vinyl album as well.

By the way, I flipped a lot of pages and no signing there. I think they ran out of signed ones when they shipped the 3rd parcel.

Just an update: The jewel store wrote me back, they confirmed my idea that there were no signed books in stock anymore when they shipped the 3rd parcel. The offered me a refund for the book. I said I wasn't happpy with thiss but that I could understand this was the only option, I asked them what amount they were thinking about.

After that I thought: Hey there is another compensation possible, I still want a vinyl record of Greatest hits, So I mailed them right again and said that that would be a more satisfying option for me. They answered me that they'll note it with my order and when they ship the PUTP-record they will ship a signed Greatest hits record along with it.

So I'm okay with this solution, I just wander if they can process this exception (I asked for something before I ordered and then they said they could not combine these things). Well, if they forget I can always mail them and remind them about it.

That's actually amazing!

Honestly, the signed GH vinyl is way cooler than the signed book, in my opinion.

Greatest Hits on vinyl was not on sale in The Netherlands anyway so I didn't even have it unsigned.
All and all a good endd to a long process. But I'm afraid to be happy about it, first I have to have it in my hands...

Novemeber - that's all the email said. I haven't seen anything since then.

While we're still waiting for the LP to be send, I bought myself "This Way" on LP, there was a dutch vinylseller who put it up for sale, so I took my chance. €75,- is not really cheap but I have not seen it any cheaper lately, and I negotiated that he would send it to me without shipping costs. Can't wait until it arrives next week.
