As an aside, Youtube has really become an Asian social media site more than anything. I remember some years back a gazillion Jewel concert videos popping up the next day, but now it's like one or two trickling in throughout the week all buried among a hundred plus little Youtube shorts of random Indian and Thai people walking through a park or showing off shitty jewelry for sale or whatever. And all the instagram videos are a few seconds long buried in a bunch of selfies. I can't figure out how to really search TikTok at all - the algorithm is too powerful.
With this and the changes to Google, the internet is really becoming an unsearchable trash heap.
