There's extra focus on having an emotional breakdown after Spirit in this one and the Justin Long podcast. Moreso than the era before. I think that'll pertain to the new book mentioned in that other podcast. It then goes into the mindfulness talk we're all pretty familiar with.
This host is kinda weird. Maybe it's just me. But it even seemed like Jewel was a bit off, too. She tried in the beginning to join in a little f-bomb lob, but this lady was so busy auditioning for NPR that Jewel just fell into a script. I googled Rain Phoenix and she's one of the famous Phoenixes. They're all kinda weird, so that makes sense.
