 I REALLY hate "those flings, those strings, those flings, those, strings"  GRRRRRRAAAAAAHHHHH!

Why, did she start singing it that way?  I thought years ago, the scat bits and dragging it into an 8 minute song was because she had been touring it for so long, she was bored with singing it and wanted to come out with another album already (seriously, didn't she say this in an interview somewhere...back before, Spirit).

I'd rather she just not play it.  It adds nothing to the song

Me too. It's weird, and sounds ridiculous. Its funny, I was thinking about this song and wondering how many times Jewel has actually sung it in her lifetime.

It's gotta be like, a million....

I guess, it's the downside to having a hit.  Most expect to hear it.  I like when Jewel gets mouthy with crowds and does WTF she wants.  Be a rebel.

This tour had to be rough, she accomplished a lot in a month.  Lots of press, lots of appearances.  She looks happy, dare I say "free", for the first time in years (IMO).
