Tour manager "Anna"?

I came up blank on this. During her Rialto Theatre conference, Jewel has coffee brought to her by a woman she identifies as "Anna", her tour manager. Miss Jewel says that Anna hated bringing coffee to her, so she made her do it.

Anyone know who Anna is?
