I like the song a lot. It sounds derivative of Leonard Cohen's Famous Blue Raincoat though.

It sounds way too much like that song and other parts of it are regurgitations of other songs I've already heard.

What happened to that blog post about really buckling down and coming up with the best ideas in 20+ years or whatever?  Everything on PUTP is better than everything from this era. This one's going to fade off into angelfood land or whatever because it's perilously close to a lawsuit, but hot damn this is the best of hundreds of songs?  F'n terrible.
