MIXFest on the Harbor Presented by Dunkin’ Donuts featuring Meghan Trainor, Jewel, Alessia Cara and Brynn Elliott is coming to the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion on Saturday, September 22nd!

You read that right….Mix 104.1’s annual MIXFest is coming back this year, but in a new location! We are excited to announce that the annual FREE family-friendly concert will be moving to the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston’s booming Seaport District.

She was fantastic, as always!! Loved it! Only complaint is that it wasn't long enough! Need much more than 45 minutes of Jewel!

I didn't get up front, the first 10 rows were closed off to VIP winners, which pissed me off because I showed up 4 hours earlier than anyone else. Whatever, still had a good view.

I have to apologize to everyone... I recorded the show but it came out terrible. I made a really dumb mistake and put the microphone in a bad spot where it was a bit obstructed. Wasn't thinking. I got a few seconds of really good audio and then I moved it like an idiot and it wasn't very good after that. I'm pretty upset about it because the performance of No More Tears was absolutely outstanding - maybe even better than the one from last Sunday. I got a video clip of No More Tears, missed the beginning, but I will post it later.

Anyway, great show. She was worth the long day in line. I was able to get a wave and a peace sign too, and any acknowledgement from Jewel usually makes my heart melt.  :wub: lol

Pretty sure I screamed louder than anyone when Jewel took the stage. And any time she was mentioned by the other artists and the DJ in between sets. When she was finished the people behind me said "Wow... you really love Jewel don't you?"  :lol: :lol:

I was representing her with my This Way tour shirt on, so another Jewel fan asked to take a picture with me because they were happy to find someone else who wasn't there for Meghan Trainor :lol:

Well jeez... forget having a bad recording. Now I can't even find it at all. I synced up my iPod earlier and think it might have been erased somehow. This is embarrassing  :hide:

Edit: Okay so the file was backed up, I just want to try and figure out how to retrieve the one recording without restoring the whole backup. I had to resync my entire music library because my hard drive was wiped while my computer was being repaired. Maybe there will be something worth listening to in this recording.

Glad you had a good time!  It's great that she spotted the EDA in the crowd!

Bummer that the show was a little short, but with the band, we got the full anticipated set at Kaboo.  Hearing the two new ones would be the bigger deal and you got that! Very cool.

I just printed off an 8x10 of that photo. Going on the wall.

Also something that happened when I was in line and talking up Jewel to everyone... a woman said to me "she was good back in her day." IT'S STILL HER DAY. The other artists are lucky they even get to share a stage with her!! Jeez
