They make her Insalata Calda (Hot Salad) which is, unbeknownst to Jewel, an Italian dish! There are some cool little improv music bits with the band, too. She mentions the drummer/bassist is in the Down So Long video.

Thought this might be a nice throwback with all the love for Venice Jewel's been mentioning lately along with the art show coming up and, I assume, the Bezos/Sanchez wedding...



She seems really into this interviewer. Jewel's posture and facial expressions suggests this dude could get a date if he had wanted one.

I'd feel a lot better about it all if that folky basement studio album from the pandemic or the teased Lullaby 2 were released. Alas ...

She could just take a video of that amazing book Michelle made for her with all of our blurbs and pictures from years ago. I wonder if it still even exists...

I still wanna hear that second album that never was!

Also, I'm tempted to just send in a bunch of pics of myself w/ Poltz & all my Poltz cult friends from over the last 20 years. She's the one who led me to them, so...
