It depends on when it came out.
This way and Spirit are expensive, because of the low amount that were made of these albums. In the 90's and 00 not a lot came out on vinyl, and if it came out on vinyl not many copies were pressed, nowadays it gets better with new stuff.
Pity parties are no good indeed, maybe you can get yourself inspired by some inspirational music!

Where are you finding them?
I see vinyl on ebay and that's p much it except for the newer bits on Jewel's website.
I paid around $ 70.00 for POY that was still in the packaging. Not bad.

A re-issue of POY came out not long ago, that one should be not to expensive (also new in wrap). This way is very expensive.

Does the re-issue have the five bonus tracks, too?

Yes, it has the bonus-tracks. They are pretty much the same.
