Title: Tour manager "Anna"?

I came up blank on this. During her Rialto Theatre conference, Jewel has coffee brought to her by a woman she identifies as "Anna", her tour manager. Miss Jewel says that Anna hated bringing coffee to her, so she made her do it.

Anyone know who Anna is?

Thanks. Actually it was 'Annie', but I failed to googleize anything about it.
