Does anybody happen to know any of the presale passwords for this please? Am definitely up for going if I can get a decent seat!
-
I think it's neverbroken.

Thanks Jessica, that was it. Sadly, the site only offered me lousy seats so I gave it a miss. Will try again tomorrow during the general sale just on the off-chance.

Jess, is right about the password. From the seating chart I looked at last night, seems like General Admission and Standing Room only are right in front of the stage. Which, I can't figure. I didn't see any prices listed either. I'm hoping for a better venue, even if I have to travel. Plus, I don't want to see her in NY. Been there, done that. Good luck, with the Gramercy. Hope something opens up for you.

Really? It didn't look like there was any standing at all, but there were so many presales (literally ten!) that I got pretty confused in the end - not that it takes much! The prices were advertised around the $65-75 mark I think, but the supposed VIP seats that were coming up during the presale were around $130 and up. The best seat I was offered was Row E, but right on the far aisle. If I lived in NYC I wouldn't think twice, but if I'm going to spend hundreds of pounds flying out, I may as well make sure I'll have a good spot. Am sure there will be more tour dates added so will see what pops up. Somewhere without ten presales for credit card holders would be a bonus...
Thanks for the extra password Jessica - although sorry to report that it didn't help at all. Never mind, it's all good because I'm #NeverBroken ;)

I had never been to a concert at the Gramercy, so I looked at a seating chart last night. I did standing room only at the Beacon, back in the 90s and it was an upper level balcony. If the chart I saw on the Live Nation site was accurate, it would be Standing Room and GA, BEFORE the seats. Which, doesn't make sense and hurt my head. Then consider, the VIP seats and such will be given out for promotions and corporations so we never really get a grab at good seats anymore.
Man, the days of camping out for concert tickets are soooo over. :grandma:
I'm hoping for a smaller, intimate venue. And I'm not spening pounds to fly over here, or paying to stay in the city. Keep the faith. Things are looking good for more dates.

I'm so happy I went! I met up with Myra and Jason before the show. I had a VIP ticket which was a high top table side stage. I recorded the show using Linda's recorder. I sent it back to her last week, so hopefully she'll be able to squeeze in some time to get it uploaded for us in between all of the holiday craziness.
Perez Hilton was also in the audience and I snatched a pic of him laughing at one of Jewel's stories. I thought about asking for a pic with him after the show, but opted not to. He's just an EDA like the rest of us.

If he were an EDA like the rest of us, I'd have been all over hanging out with Hilton. ::2
Sounds like it was a great night!!
-
He probably would have been totally cool to chat with, but I opted to not look like a tourist seeing a celeb in NYC.
