This is pretty self-explanatory. :) I'm sure most of us have heard the album already, and if so, what's your favorite song? Or do you have one yet? Is so then VOTE! :D
-
I can't pick a favorite. :/
Isn't there an elimination thingie that we all used to do?
-
The survivor? Yep. I'll wait a few days to start it just so people can really listen to it and decide what they think of the songs. :)
But um, I have to admit I'm not sure what my favorite song is right now either. There's so many great ones, man!
-
Excellent. :)
As things stand right now, His Pleasure is My Pain is my favorite.
-
Yeah, for me it was a choice between His Pleasure is My Pain and Nicotine Love. I eventually went with His Pleasure Is My Pain. :)
-
Great minds think alike. ;)
-
The Carnivore w/band recording that we haven't heard yet :stirthepot:
Seriously...oh, wow, this is hard! Must think more before vote. Two songs that I never thought would make an impression come to mind, though. That intro to HPIMP gives me anticipation shivers, and not because I loved the song previously: it's one of those I'd heard maybe once or twice and was indifferent to it. The song that keeps popping up in my head at random times is Plain Jane and I have no idea why.
-
This is gonna involve a lot of thought.. must ponder
-
I just can't. Every time I think it's Carnivore, it's Mercy. When I think it's Mercy, it's Nicotine Love. Then it turns to LUTB. I just can't.

Hmm. I should probably listen to this album huh? :hide:

Yup! Listening now. :music:
My digital download won't let me get at It Doesn't Hurt Right Now. Weird. But, judging by the comments on the board about it, doesn't sound like I'm missing much. :w
-
:flail: so hard to pick! but i keep repeting and repeting ABNAB so that's my choise
-
I went ahead with His Pleasure Is My Pain. Although, similar to others, Nicotine Love was a close second. There are certainly others I really like, but I think this one is my fav for now =)
-
Its a toss-up between LUTB and Plain Jane right now. I just can't seem to get PJ out of my head, its so catchy!
-
Plain Jane didn't grab me after first listen but I really like it, Donna Sue's right; it is very catchy. I think it should be released as a single.
-
I.. I've tried. I just can't pick a favorite yet. So many good ones! :)
-
Initially voted Plain Jane, but having listened to it several more times - and through headphones - I would have to changed my mind and vote Here When Gone instead.
I loved the version from TexFest, and was initially a little disappointed with how it turned out on PUTP. But once I accepted it as it was, rather than how I previously knew it, I really liked the new version too. Takes me back to Perfectly Clear, which I know 99% of you seem to hate! ;)

Accoring to iTunes....
-
I don't know if it's because PFF is a good song or if it's the Kip Moore effect.
I still think that should have been the lead off single.

I think it's because, along with MFD, PFF has been available on iTunes for several weeks already - meaning it's racked up more sales than the rest simply by being available for a lot longer. I'm sure it may balance out over the coming weeks and months though.

Totally agree. I had never heard of Kip Moore ( :grandma:), and honestly, this song has such a Jewel-esque vibe to it (I never would have known she didn't write it) - I love it. More than others than I was looking forward to. I agree, this should have been the lead single. BUt, judging by what I found on iTunes last night - I was surprised by MFD purchases.
